Performing Arts Experience
~ Theatre: Most recently I was with a professional theater group in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia where I worked with mentally challenged children through theater therapy.   Spent 3 years with a campus theater group, PenNaatak, in which I assumed the position of Creative Director.  Was featured as Genghis Khan in 'East is East', and other memorable performances in 'Black Comedy', 'Anything Goes', 'The Real Inspector Hound', and 'The Cherry Orchard'.

~ Improv: It's been 8 years since Akshay has been 'improv-ing'.

~ Other: Akshay hopes to win the lottery to end his miserable debt, and then start a non-profit children's theater group.  Oh yea, and he was born with one kidney.
