Ordering Tickets Online

Please Note That No Tickets Will Be Mailed To You

All online purchases are made through Google Checkout.  (Note:  Google does require you to create an account so they can verify your credit card and send you e-mails regarding the status of your order.  If you do not wish to receive promotional material from us, please check the appropriate box).

You must have:

* A major credit card

* An E-mail address

If online tickets are bought between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. on Fridays, please tell us at the Box Office.  We may need to recheck our records to make sure the credit card charges have been processed.

There are no refunds on ticket purchases. If you cannot attend a show, please contact us 215-253-4276. 

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to Showtime to guarantee your reserved seats. In the event of a sell-out performance, reservations not claimed by the deadline will be released and arrangements will need to be made to attend another performance.

Your tickets WILL NOT be mailed to you.  You will receive an e-mail stating that your items have shipped; however this is just a confirmation that your order has been processed.  Your name will be on an RSVP list at the box office. You will need to give the Box Office personnel your name and zip code in order receive your tickets.

***PLEASE NOTE*** If your purchase is made after 3 p.m. on Friday, then you may not receive a confirmation e-mail until after the show.  This may be a result of Google Checkout taking longer than usual to clear your credit card.  As long as you place a order and you do not receive an e-mail stating your credit card has been rejected, then you should consider your reservation. 

If you can not attend a show, your tickets will be held for the next week.  If you do not attend a show within 30 days of your purchase, then paper tickets in form of gift certificates will be mailed to you.  Bring these to claim your tickets at the box office.
